High atop the Eiffel Tower, film star Tom Cruise, 42, proposed to Katie Holmes, 26. According to the Associated Press, Cruise chose the landmark to pop the question because, "I've never been to the Eiffel Tower. It's Paris, France, it's a beautiful city, it's very romantic."
